With a lifelong background in sales, service, and relationship-building, I created Tapie Takes Care of It to help people sell quality belongings with honesty, organization, and care.

MEET ALAN
Alan is my husband, a steady source of support, and an important part of the story behind Tapie Takes Care of It. After many years as a professional golfer on the PGA Tour, he is now retired and cheering me on in this new endeavor. Together, our move from California to Eagle—and the furniture transition that came with creating a new home—helped inspire this business.

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT FEE
SMALL PROJECT 1–5 items · $50
WHOLE ROOM PROJECT 6–15 items · $100
WHOLE HOME / ESTATE PROJECT 16+ items · Custom quote
25% SUCCESS FEE
You keep 75% of every sale.
The engagement fee is due when the Service Agreement is signed. The Success Fee is earned only when an item sells.
